Our Story
My name’s Cody Barnett. I was raised in Konawa, Oklahoma, on a horse and cattle farm where hard work wasn’t optional—it was just how we lived. I got into construction the way most do—boots on the ground, laboring in the heat, learning the trade one pour at a time. Over the years, I worked my way up through the ranks—from laborer to foreman, to project manager, and eventually running full operations on major concrete and structural builds across Oklahoma.
Now, I’m pouring all that experience into something of my own: Barnett Construction Co. This company isn’t just a job—it’s the foundation I’m laying for my family, my future, and hopefully one day, my kids' future too. I believe in doing honest work that lasts. No shortcuts, no excuses—just solid craftsmanship, dependable crews, and a name that means something when it’s stamped into the slab.
This is my shot to build something that stands the test of time—and I’m all in.
